When it is sunny in Pittsburgh, and that is rare during the winter, you will take your kids out for a walk in 20 degree weather and also let them ride their bikes--even with a wind chill of 9 degrees.

I am glad to hear it...I think St Petersburg will be similar for us next winter!
You know, when it's sunny outside in the winter, I stay in...colder than the cloudy days!
I think your theory is true but I still love the sun. What can I say? I grew up with Texas sun all my life and it just feels sooooo good when it shines on my face! :)
