Juice of one lemon (maybe 2)
olive oil to match lemon juice plus an extra splash
one or two garlic cloves minced or smashed
salt
pepper
(makes enough for several individual salads)
Serve on top of a simple romaine salad with red bell peppers, tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
Slurp!
It is so good I drink the leftovers from the bowl!

It's also really good for baking fish. You wrap them up in aluminium foil with your mixture and stick em in the over. Of course, a little white wine is also nice (for fish, not salad).
I tried your recipe for lunch. Yummy! I also continue to enjoy your recipe for Honey Pepper Vinaigrette. I make it whenever we have company and it's always a big hit.
